Blended for the needs of each individual and diluted with a carrier oil before use. The Aromatherapy massage is a slow, relaxing massage which involves alternating between gentle and harder pressure. Perfect to calm your nervous system after a long day or to bring you back to balance if you struggle with anxiety, stress, insomnia or immune deficiency. Aromatherapy massage benefits can also give your body the boost it needs to feel revitalised and recharged.

Swedish Massage

During a Swedish massage I use a gentle massage cream, vegan friendly.
Swedish massage involves long, gliding strokes in combination with kneading and friction to release surface tension, this massage benefits reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, enhanced relaxation, increased flexibility, and relief from stress and anxiety. It may also help alleviate pain and improve sleep quality. Swedish massage is generally not painful. It is designed to be relaxing and soothing.

Back, neck & shoulder massage

Concentrating on the back, neck and shoulder area, specific oils or cream are used during this massage to release tension and help soothe tight, sore muscles, which result from wear and tear or incorrect posture. This massage applies pressure to muscles, in order to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from stressed areas.

Oriental Head Massage 

An oriental head massage is a relaxing massage that can help relieve tension in the head, neck, and shoulders. It can also help with headaches, fatigue, and improve the condition of your hair.

Oriental head massages often combine techniques from different types of massage, including:

• Indian massage: Uses firm, rhythmic techniques
• Polynesian massage: Uses gentle, smooth movements
• Thai massage: Uses pressure and stretching techniques

After an oriental head massage, you might feel relaxed and rested, or you might experience a light-headed sensation, sleepiness, or increased alertness and energy.

Oriental head massage Targets the Head, Neck, and Shoulder area this massage involves the pleasure of stress relief from the neck and head. It increases circulation and ease out stress in this highly tensed area.

Reflexology

Reflexology aims to keep qi flowing through the body, keeping it balanced and disease free. Reflexology is effective in identifying energy blockages, and can identify areas where energy is stagnant. Using specific techniques reflexology aids to restore flow. This can improve energy levels and overall vitality.

The Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Ritual

A combination of Holy Fire Reiki, a lavender eye pillow/crystal eye mask, chosen by intuition on the day. Aiding benefits to purify the energy field, promote a sense of peace and tranquility, and enhancement on the body's healing process. Crystals situation on each chakra field to enhance a deeper healing to treat specific physical or emotional issue(s) or intuitively tailored to your needs. Includes detox tea and Palo Santo sacred wood body cleanse - burning the wood whist setting intention and using the smoke to clear any negative energy released during the treatment along with nag champa incense sticks.

Hormone Balancing Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Ritual

A combination of Holy Fire Reiki, Jade crystal face mask and a moonstone crystal, placed on the sacral chakra, the moonstone crystal works with the sacral chakra to help emotional instability, stress and hormone imbalances to enhance hormonal balancing, confidence and self love. This Holy Fire Reiki treatment works well against the most common signs of menopause and menstrual cycles most women are familiar with including migraines, hot flushes, cramps, night sweats, mood swings, fatigue, weight gain, forgetfulness and depression. Distant/Remote Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki

Can't make it in person or live in another country? Distant healing is just as powerful.

I facilitate my remote sessions just like my in person sessions but virtually.

What happens during my remote healing session -  

I set my Intention to ground us both, I use 
Visual meditation, crystals and sacred Reiki symbols to connect us virtually to begin sending Usui Holy Fire Reiki energy to where it needs to flow in order to begin clearing any blocked or negative energies. I work with each chakra using sage smudging and Usui Holy Fire Reiki to heal any physical, emotional and spiritual issues. At the end of the session I will lock in the Usui Holy Fire Reiki with sacred symbols to continue the healing process throughout the rest of your day.

Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki For children (ages up to 18)

During this Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki for children, I offer healing by putting my intention and focus on restoring the energy systems within your child, which leads to better relaxation and improved physical as well as mental health. Reiki does this by opening up the 7 chakra energy fields of the child. Releasing anxiety, fear, low self esteem, low mood, worry and trauma - bringing health and balance back within the nervous system.
